Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. Here is what to expect when you order from SORANEST, INC.

Shipping rates

A flat rate of $8 applies to orders under $100. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Rates are worked out automatically at checkout, and the total you see there is the total you pay.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, so an order placed on a Friday or over a holiday goes out on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your parcel leaves us, delivery typically takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are in the country.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but tell us straight away and we will do what we can to help.

Delays, damage, and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands, and weather or carrier backlogs can occasionally add a day or two. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will put it right. See our Refund policy for how we handle that.

International orders

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
