Orders & shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us at social@soranest.com and we will let you know if we can help.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–7 business days. Tracking details are sent to you by email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email social@soranest.com as soon as you can and include your order number. We will do our best, though we cannot change an order once it has shipped.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

We are sorry — that should not happen. Email social@soranest.com with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.

Products & ingredients

What do you sell?

Four ranges: Premium Bird's Nest, Golden Macadamia Nuts, Dried Fruits & Preserved Snacks, and Chocolate-Coated Premium Nuts. Everything is hand-picked from farms in Vietnam.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes — please read the label before ordering. Our Chocolate-Coated Premium Nuts contain milk, soy, almonds, cashews and macadamia nuts. Every product page has an “Ingredients” tab with the details for that item.

Do you use preservatives or artificial colours?

Our Premium Bird's Nest is made with 100% natural ingredients — no preservatives, no artificial flavouring and no artificial colours. Our Golden Macadamia Nuts are dry roasted with no oil and nothing added.

Where do your products come from?

Our goods are hand-picked from farms in Vietnam. Our bird's nest is harvested from swiftlet houses along Vietnam's coast and cleaned by hand.

Storage, preparation & visiting

How do I prepare the bird's nest?

It is ready in about five minutes. We have a step-by-step video on our How to Prepare page.

How should I store my order?

Keep everything in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal packets after opening. Bird's nest should be refrigerated once prepared.

Do you sell gift boxes?

Yes. Our Premium Bird's Nest comes as a gift box with 8 servings — two of each of the four signature flavours.

Can I buy in person?

Yes. Our address, opening hours and phone number are all on the Visit Our Store page.
